We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom Products, any Jewelry are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged .

Eligibility for Refund
Clothing: Refunds are available for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered clothing items, including kids' fancy frocks, western wear, ladies' ready-to-wear sarees. The original tags must be intact.​
Jewelry: Refunds are available for unworn silver jewelry (rings, ear tops, neck chains, toe rings, bracelets) and one gram gold jewelry. The item must be in its original packaging, with no signs of wear or damage.

Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refund Process:

Step 2: Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Step 4: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
